Job Responsibilities:

1. Implement the development plan for new product projects;

2. Participate in the preparation of relevant technical processes and inspection standards for new products;

3. Assist experts, person in charge of reserve projects.

Qualifications:

1. Master degree or above, major in chemistry and materials, organic chemistry and polymer are preferred, with independent research and development and achievement transformation can be relaxed to undergraduate.

2. Men and women are not limited, men are preferred, married and childbearing are preferred.

3. More than 2 years of product technology research and development experience of master degree students; more than 5 years of product technology research and development experience of undergraduate degree, and more than 2 years of research and development management experience

4. Possess strong communication and coordination skills; good analytical and problem-solving skills; good writing skills; strong execution ability.

5. Other requirements: Can adapt to occasional business trips.
