Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the formulation and implementation of sales targets and plans within the product area;

2. Follow up the inspection to guide the execution of the sales plan, tap potential customers, continuously expand the sales area and increase market share; and control the sales process and sales expenses;

3. Understand the regional sales target work progress, supervise the completion of the customer development plan, assist in solving difficult problems in the development process, and ensure that the sales target is completed;

4. Formulate customer evaluation standards and establish a long-term cooperation mechanism with high-quality customers;

5. Track the progress of the payment, coordinate the problems in the payment, and ensure the timely recovery of the product receivables;

6. Organize customer pre-sales, sales, and after-sales service, provide customers with product debugging, problem consultation, customer return visits, product maintenance and upgrade services; provide pre-sale product selection and other application technical support for sales;

7. From the perspective of sales and customer needs, provide guidance suggestions for product development.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in marketing, etc .;

2. More than 3 years of sales work experience, 2 years of sales management work experience;

3. With rich customer resources and customer relationships, those who have engaged in the chemical industry or chemical product sales and management are preferred;

4. Possess strong market analysis, marketing, promotion ability, good interpersonal communication and coordination ability, and ability to analyze and solve problems;

5. Strong professionalism and certain leadership skills.

Salary: 8-15 thousand yuan / year income.
